By using rawda-erp.com or the RAWDA ERP cloud system you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You provide accurate sign-up details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping passwords secret and for everything done through your company's users.
• You decide who the users are and what they may do in your company.

2. Free trial and subscription

• The free trial gives you the chosen plan for the stated period at no cost.
• After the trial a paid subscription is needed to continue, at the prices published when it is activated. Nothing is charged without your consent.
• When a subscription ends or is unpaid, access may be limited; your data is kept.

3. Your data

Your business data stays yours. You can export it at any time, and we process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the system for unlawful activity, try to reach other companies' data, disrupt the service, or resell it without a written agreement.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available around the clock; maintenance windows or outages beyond our control may occur. We recommend exporting regular copies of important data.

6. Liability

RAWDA is a tool for running your business; the company remains responsible for the accuracy of its data and its tax and legal obligations. Our liability never exceeds what you paid us in the previous three months.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms and will publish changes here. You may end your subscription at any time, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
