This policy explains how RAWDA ERP (“RAWDA”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your data when you use rawda-erp.com and the cloud system.

1. Data we collect

• Sign-up data: business name and type, country and city, contact name, e-mail, mobile and username. Passwords are never stored as typed — only as a one-way hash.
• Your business data: what you enter in the system (invoices, items, customers, journals, …). It is yours; we process it on your behalf only to provide the service.
• Technical data: IP address, sign-in times and failed attempts, for security and abuse prevention.
• Contact messages: what you send through the contact form.

2. How we use data

• To create your account, run the system and provide support.
• To manage your subscription and invoices and contact you about your account.
• To protect the service: identity checks, sign-in limits and the audit log.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data for anything other than providing the service to you.

3. Where data is stored

Each company has its own database on cloud services of trusted providers (including Cloudflare and Turso), reached over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your company's data is accessible to the users you add, with the permissions you set.

4. Retention

We keep your account data for as long as you subscribe. After a subscription ends we keep it for a reasonable period so you can renew or ask for a copy, and you can ask us to delete it permanently.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export and ask us to delete your data. Reach us on the contact page or at info@rawda-erp.com.

6. Cookies

The site only uses your browser's local storage to remember your language and your sign-in session. We use no advertising trackers.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will publish changes on this page with the update date.
